Responsibilities
  • Handle client communication via WhatsApp, calls & meetings
  • Onboard new clients, close deals, maintain client records
  • Verify, approve & schedule social media content for clients
  • Post & monitor content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Report performance insights to clients monthly
  • Coordinate with the content/design team on delivery timelines
